Returns Policy (As of: April 1st, 2021)
Depending on the product and manufacturer, there may be different return policies. For that reason, we ask you to submit a request online or call our Customer Service department so we can evaluate your specific return request. Eligible items meeting the criteria listed below will be issued a return authorization form that you must complete and return to Customer Service. Upon receipt of the signed return authorization, we will schedule a pick-up and process your return credit once the item(s) are received back at Sanuscure.

All product returns require prior authorization.

Any return requests due to errors in ordering, shipment errors, or damages in transit must be reported or submitted within 2 business days of product receipt or the product may not be eligible for return or credit.

Any issues related to Controlled Substance product shipments must be reported immediately to Customer Service upon discovery and/or product receipt per DEA regulations.

Returns are subject to a 20% handling fee and an additional shipping fee.

No credit will be given for any unauthorized returns, including additional items or quantities added to the box, products not originally purchased from Sanuscure, or products purchased over 1 year of invoice date. These items are not eligible for return or credit and will not be returned.

Return requests will not be accepted from closed accounts, accounts with outstanding balances, and accounts in the process of closing or transferring ownership.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Refrigerated product, including but not limited to, vaccines and/or biological products.
  • Short-dated (identified as S/D in item description), close-outs (identified as C/O in item description), seasonal (identified as NC/NR in item description), or special ordered products.
  • Items identified as No Credit / No Return at the time of purchase (identified as NC/NR in item description).
  • All drop shipped products.
  • Expired or outdated products.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, opened, repackaged, partially complete, marked, or without original labels & packaging.
  • Improperly stored products or products exposed to hazardous conditions.
  • Certain individual products not returnable due to manufacturer return policies and restrictions.
    NOTE: Voluntary or involuntary manufacturer product recalls will be handled in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

Product Return Credit Processing

  • Allow 2 to 3 weeks from return receipt date for processing of authorized return credit.
  • For authorized returns picked up within 2 business days of return authorization date, return credits will be issued at the lesser of invoice price or current market price upon return authorization date.
  • For authorized returns picked up after 2 business days of return authorization date, return credits will be issued at the lesser of invoice price or current market price upon product verification and processing of return credit date.
  • Do not deduct any return amounts from the original invoice payment until a credit memo number is issued and posted on the account.

This policy supersedes prior return policies and is subject to change without prior notice.
